When a certain material matches a geometric shape: Aluminium is a silvery white light metal.
It is the third most common element in the earth’s crust after oxygen and silicon. Aluminium sheet is not only light, it is also a fairly soft metal that can be easily formed. Even with these properties, aluminium is very stiff and gives constructions high stability.
The (partial) surface of a body is concave if the straight line between arbitrary points of this surface runs completely outside the body. Other areas of the surface are not to consider. The sculpture of Georg Brenninger combine both on the highest aesthetic level. In contrast to the hard edges and the strong material of the detached form is a coat made by FILIPPA K – linen and sustainable viscose are the focus here. The light fabric pleasantly envelops the wearer in the pictures, along with a high collar and plenty of volume in the back, sleeves and hem. The material accumulation is completed with dark suede slippers by MANOLO BLAHNIK.
